Chapter 4: Dual with Death

Bruce, Barbra, Tim and Dick were all in the Batcave, it's been two days since (F/N) found out Robin's(Tim's) Identity.

"There is no way he knew! No way, I don't even know the guy!" Tim said.

"Well then how did he know?!" Dick asked.

"I don't know, but his sister seemed familiar..." Tim then snaps his fingers.

"I've met his sister back at my school before, when she was young. She mentioned him once."

"Did you tell her about-" Barbra cuts Richard off.

"No, he knew before somehow. When I was talking to one of the Black Mask goons, he broke the guy's arm by kicking it with force..."

"What does this have to do with him finding out Tim's identity?" Barbra rolled her eyes.

"I'm getting there! After he and I had an argument, I told him about Robin, Tim, saving his family. The Mother and Sister, he said hopefully he stay's away from my sister, she's still young." Dick snickered.

"I'm not a pervert!" Tim pointed out.

"Yes Master Drake, I think we all knew that." Alfred said walking in with food.

"Me not being a pervert?"

"No, that you are a pervert." Dick fell off his chair laughing, Barbra just putting her head on the table laughing, Tim face plant on the table.

Bruce even let out a small laugh.

"Anyway(pant) as I was saying."

"I said he would never do that, and then he said, knowing Tim Drake, he would." Everyone froze.

"So he knew before. Is he an analyst? Like CIA maybe?" Dick said.

"No, nothing in his files saying that. There's something else." Bruce said.

"Master Bruce, I think you might want to look at the news." Alfred urged.

Bruce went to the news, and it wasn't good news.

"Hello Gotham." Deathstroke said.

"Slade Wilson? What's he doing here in Gotham, wasn't he locked up in Blackgate?" Alfred said.

"He was assigned to the Suicide Squad by Amanda Waller(Spoiler for Comic book readers)but escaped. Question is, what does he want?" Bruce said.

"Name's Deathstroke, now your all wondering why I'm playing a broadcast on the news all over Gotham, well the answer is simple."

Deathstroke takes the camera and points it at a chair with a man tied up and a bag over his head.

"Take the bag off his head." One walk out of the shadows.

"When did he start recruiting?" Dick said.

"My guess a when he escaped Waller's custody. Wait, is that?" He takes a closer look, it's not one of his men, but it's another assassin.

"Floyd Lawton." Another comes out from behind, a female.

"And Lady Shiva." Bruce said.

"My guess Deadshot escaped Blackgate, and I thought Shiva left Gotham, what's she doing back here working with these two criminals?" Alfred asked.

"Times changed." They take the bag off, and it's Commissioner Gordon.

"Dad?!" Barbra yelled.

"Too be honest I thought it would be Officer (F/N)." Dick said. Earning a punch in the arm and a slight 'Ow.'

"Yep, Commissioner Gordon tied up and knocked out cold. But here's something that will shock the people watching." Deadshot said.

"Let's go!" Bruce said.

"We don't want Batman to save him." Shiva said.

All four stopped moving, they looked back at the giant batcomputer.

"We all know what your all thinking, if not Batman, is it Nightwing, Robin, Batgirl? No. None of them. It's this man we want to rescue him." Deathstroke said.

They playback a video, when Zsasz was arrested and another when Riddler was arrested. Then the cameras that surveillance the area, one being attached to a News Helicopter, zoomed in on him.

(F/N) (L/N).

"Word is, this new Sheriff is one tough sum bitch. And we want to see him save this poor deputy right here." Deadshot said, using a southern accent.

"If (F/N) (L/N) isn't here within 11:40PM at the Final Offer or if Batman and any of his kids try to save the Gordon, then the Commissioner will be losing his head. Hurry up (F/N), times wasting." Deathstroke breaks the camera.

"Why does everyone want (F/N)?" Barbra asked.

"Don't know, but we need to go there." Bruce said.

"Bruce you heard what Slade said. If any of us show up, they'll kill Gordon." Tim said.

"We're just going to watch the place, but one of us will have to sneak in, take out some of Shiva's guards."

"Guards?" Tim asked.

"League of Shadows." Bruce said.

"Great, Ninjas that can appear out of nowhere." Dick said.

"We don't have time let's move." Bruce said.

(F/N) rushed his way to the GCPD, officers looking at him, he quickly ran to his locker and took the stuff he need, his Baton that extends, and a Taser that has a U-shape on the top. He takes his pistol and puts it in his holster. He decides not to put on his bullet proof vest or ballistic vest, because after reading those three's files. Those would be useless against them.

"Just had to join the force in Gotham, I could've join the force in Metropolis but then I would have to deal with a flying superhero and other shit!" (F/N) grumbled. A Killer look in his eyes.

Cash started to walk next to him.

"(F/N) buddy, you can't do this alone!" (F/N) kicks the doors open and walks to the car.

"(F/N), you'll die by those three! You've read their files! These are Professional Killers!"

"If they were Professional, then how did Batman beat them?" (F/N) opened the car door and enters the driver's seat.

"(F/N)! What I'm saying is that don't do this alone."

"He's right." Batman appears from the top and descends down.

(F/N) looks at these two with a suspicious look.

"What are you two planning?"

"Do you want to know."

(F/N) looked down at the ground, it was 11:02PM, he needed to think quickly.

(F/N) arrived at the Final Offer. He looked around, no sign of any guards, but (F/N) didn't know about the League of Shadows.

They were watching him like a pack of vultures circling its prey.

"Strange, no guards but I still feel like I'm being watched." (F/N) walks to the door and enters the ship, it was 11:38PM, he had to be there in two minutes.

"This damn ship is like a maze."

(F/N) walks around and opens a door, he then sees a giant courtyard like area below him.

He jumps down and looks around.

"Something still seems off." He then sees a little shadow move from the corner of his eye.

He fires at the moving person and the person falls to the ground, groaning.

The person he shot was a female, she was wearing a ninja like outfit with a katana strapped to her back. He shot her in the leg.

"Who are you?" The woman glares at him and disappears, then lights flash on, (F/N) covered his eyes and looked up.

"If it isn't (F/N). The New guy."

Deathstroke.

"I'm not a new guy anymore."

"Sure. I've got to say, impressive marksmanship, but not better than mine."

Deadshot.

"You manage to see one of my own bodyguards moving in the shadows without any lights on or any other way. You have a sense of a Predator."

Lady Shiva.

"That means I've found my prey."

Deadshot brought in Gordon so he can watch. Gordon had duct tape on his mouth.

"No, you're the prey, the hunters are now going to kill you." Deathstroke jumped down and took out his Bo staff, twirling it.

"How about a fair fight. You and me. But those two can face Batman and Batgirl." Deathstroke's eye widen, he looked back up the platform, too see Batman and Batgirl drop in from above, Batman facing Deadshot, Batgirl facing Shiva.

"I thought I said only you can-"

"I know, but I want this to be fair. I don't want to face all three of you at once, it wouldn't be fair." (F/N) gave a smirk.

Deathstroke seemed impressed. "Go on."

"You and me, no guns." (F/N) took out his pistol and threw it up high to the platform.

"No guns? I can deal with that." Deathstroke took his pistols and threw it up on the platforms to the sides.

"We can break each others weapons."

"Alright, much better, stakes?"

"If I win, you give Gordon back, and you go to the Asylum, but if you win, you get to kill me, and face Batman and Batgirl and probably kill them if lucky, and kill Gordon."

Deathstroke twirled his staff.

"Deal. Time to Dance with Death."

"More like Dual with Death."

(F/N) took out his baton and extends it.

(Cue fight sequence, like the one in Arkham Origins, yeah it's that fight scene with Deathstroke)

Deathstroke jumps in the air and spins, he swings his staff at (F/N)'s head, (F/N) blocks the attack with his baton, Deathstroke then tries to swing at (F/N)'s feet, (F/N) blocks the attack and does a jump spin kick in Deathstroke's face, cracking the mask on his right side.

"Lucky hit." They were to busy fighting that Shiva and Deadshot weren't even fighting Batman and Batgirl, they were watching the fight below.

"My money is on Deathstroke."

"I wouldn't be so sure, I see potential in him."

"Which means what exactly?" Deadshot asked.

"Which means that he is a worthy successor, a true warrior, I think he will be perfect for the League of Shadows."

"Not unless I get to your 'Warrior' first."  

Deathstroke and (F/N) clash, Deathstroke swings both ends of the staff at (F/N), but thanks to (F/N)'s some how slow motion senses, he blocks both, Deathstroke spins around and tries to hit (F/N) in the gut with the end of his staff. (F/N) dodges it by spinning and swinging the baton and slamming it on Deathstroke's left side of his face, making the mask crack again. Deathstroke rolls on the ground and gets back up.

"Try and block this!" He throws a pellet to the ground which flashes (F/N) for a split second.

Deathstroke is not there.

Deathstroke yells, (F/N) turns around, and sees Deathstroke in the air about to attack (F/N) with his Bo staff.

(F/N) blocks the first hit, then Deathstroke starts to go fast with his strikes, but some how, and (F/N) thinks this is luck, is blocking his attacks at the same speed.

'How the hell is he matching my speed?!' Deathstroke thought.

Then (F/N) ducked and spun as he struck his baton to Deathstroke's side, he then did numerous strikes on Deathstroke, both baton and fist. He then did a back-flip kick to his chin, knocking the mask off, and sending Slade to the floor. Slade gets up, his mask off. Showing his face with his eye patch on his right eye.

"Alright then, let's see if you can block my blade!" He throws down the pellet again.

(F/N) is blinded again for a split second, he then hears Slade yell again. He turns around and sees Slade with his sword out.

(F/N) blocks the first strike again, but the sword cuts his baton in half.

'Shit!' (F/N) thought.

Deathstroke smirked.

(F/N) dodged the jab, he keeps dodging, ducking and weaving Slade's attacks.

'How is he still avoiding my attacks?!' Slade was now both irritated and shocked.

(F/N) dodged the last slash and then headbutted Slade, stunning him, he then repeatedly punches Slade in the face and gut, he then takes out his taser and tasers him in the chest. But Slade pushes (F/N)'s arm and pushes him away.

(F/N) attacks him and tries to hit him with the small U-shaped taser, but Slade easily grabs (F/N)'s right hand.

"A small taser, really?" (F/N) smirks.

Slade then realize that there was a button on the taser, he presses it and it extends.

Slade's eye widen, the taser sent out a small shock-wave on the U-shape tip, like a little electrical line.

"Don't underestimate me." He swings his left leg to Slade's gut and kicked him back.

Slade jumps and spins, he brings the blade down, (F/N) jumps out the way in time, he plans his next attack.

'9000 Watts. Check.'

Slade then tries to slash (F/N)'s chest, but (F/N) times the strike, having the U tip out in front stopping the blade.

(F/N) smiles.

"I win." He presses the button to 9000 Watts.

The electricity from the taser goes to the blade which starts to go all over Slade's outfit, shocking him, (F/N) pulled the taser back.

Slade falls down, unconscious, defeated.

"Well shit. I'm out!" Deadshot shoots the lights.

"Peace!"

Deadshot escapes, while Shiva just disappears with smoke.  

"Where did they go?" Gordon asked as Batman removed the tape.

"We got Slade. We'll get them later."

'We? I did most of the work here!'

"(F/N), what I just saw. I've never seen anyone fight like that but Batman and the rest." Gordon said as the three jumped down, well Batman and Gordon descended down.

"Thanks Sir."

"Now then. Batman can take Deathstroke to the Asylum, since that will be his new home."

"He won't be a problem."

"Cash is out front in the car. I'll walk back or get a cab." (F/N) said.

"I'll take him back." Batgirl said.

"Are you sure?" (F/N) smiles at that.

"And they say you never smile. Alright, meet you back at the GCPD, (F/N)."

"Well let's go."

They all exit the Ship.

Batman puts Slade in the Batmobile with cuffs on, still knocked out.

Cash and Gordon drive to the GCPD, Batman now leaves.

"Well then, let's-" (F/N) tackles her and they both land behind a giant crate, they both hear a gunshot.

"SHIT!" Deadshot yelled.

'That bastard made me miss! I'll get him next time.'

Chapter 5: Bang

Was the fight too cheesy?

And if people want me to change Chapter's 5 title, I'm open to suggestions.
